  Jeffrey Aziz, a name synonymous to the swimming and life saving industry in Johor and as one of the earliest swimming and life saving instructors in Johor Bahru started out his career as a Life Guard in 1988 and later on became a qualified and certified swimming instructor. In 1992, he started one of Johor Bahru’s earliest swimming school .

Jeffrey’s experience in water safety and water related tragedies came from his commercial diving experience when attached at Bintulu, Sarawak and at Pasir Gudang, Johor during 80’s. His awareness in water safety and life saving as a critical factor in life preservation lead him to initiate a voluntary Rescue, Search and Recovery Team in 1992 to 1994. During this time this team assisted the Marine Police to conduct numerous search and recovery missions in locating and retrieving drowned victims as at this time there were no other agency that had such service and equipment.

The ‘Swim For Fun’ recreational and non competitive swimming that boasts no less than 100 swimmers each year is Jeffrey’s personal best. This program attracts swimmers of all ages from as young as 8 years old to few senior swimmers between 50’s to 65 years of age and has been consistently celebrated each years for the last 10 years since 1996.

In 1992, he ventured into establishing his very own and one of Johor Bahru’s earliest Swimming and Life Saving School. Today, after 20 years of dedication in the industry he has no less than 10,000 students graduated in swimming and water safety related.

As the Chairman of the Life Saving Society of Malaysia, Johor Chapter, he also trains and certifies many life guards and life saving instructors from many different sectors of the government and corporate entities.


Mohamed Noor Dato' Suleiman

Course Director


  A defence consultant by profession since 1995, dealing in Crisis Management and Crisis Training, Mohamed Noor has developed training programs that can be applied to any levels of competency irregardless of age or gender.

His training in Critical Decision Scenarios Simulation (CDSS) is regarded as one of the main criteria of only courses conducted by him or Wet Station.

Mohamed Noor is also one of the founding member of Jeffrey’s Search and Recovery Dive Team and has been always instrumental in developing new and effective motivation and life saving techniques. His initial background in Outdoor Sports Safety came handy when he enlisted with the local rescue team while studying in the United States. This experience has enabled him today, to conduct motivational courses core with emphasis on Water and Personal Safety .

The Course Director is responsible to put forth a course that is custom designed for its participants based on a Pre Profiling exercise that is conducted prior to the final presentation of the course content to the client. He is also responsible to manage and supervise the instructors during training to ensure that the participants are able to adapt to the program .

This system is very successful in conducting training for large or multiple tasking groups as monitoring and assessment are done immediately and course content may change during the course of the training program but without deviating from its true and actual course description.


Rosli Saaban

  Rosli Saaban has involved in the field of Occupational Safety and Health more than 15 years as Safety and Health Officer, has attended numerous of conferences, seminars and training’s held throughout the country organized by professional bodies ie. NIOSH, FMM, BOMBA, ALAM, UTM, TUDM (Air Craft Rescue & Fire Fighting), (FRLS) First Responder Life Support Trainer Awarded by Hospital Sultanah Aminah Johor Bahru. Since that, he has acquired extensive experience in managing the workplace health and safety. Also conducted lectures and training for several companies such as UTM, JPK, SimeSem Corp. GE. Engine, PNE Electric, KAMI Electronics, SPI Plastic, PODOYO Plastic, SDP Plastic, Leader Cable, Clay Tan, Tg. Puteri Golf Resort, Multy Square, Brother Industries, Classic Advantage, EPA Management, Ladang Kulim Malaysia, HKT (M) Sdn. Bhd., Hitachi Chemical, Palmaju Edible Oil, Mewah Olieo, CorePack, MC Pack, L.P Pasific, In-Tec. Globle, Sanyu Jushi, Flexible Ducting Malaysia, Flextronic, Funai Electric, Pioneer Technology. He also is a trainer for Malaysian Civil Defense Department.

Besides his established duties to administer and advising management on EHS, he is actively involves in conducting trainings and EHS enhancement programs for all levels of employees including subcontractors and management levels.

Besides EHS activities, he is also involves in conducting Teambuilding and Motivation Programs for all of employees including project management team and employee’s children.
